CUYABENO LODGE
Cuyabeno Lodge opened its doors in 1988 with the belief that those traveling in the rainforest should enjoy services in an environment in harmony with the surrounding atmosphere and combine it with the needs of the modern traveler. Cuyabeno residents are pioneers in the field of tourism after building the first ecological lodge in Cuyabeno National Park. All of the lodge’s electricity is provided by solar panels, and the guides are bilingual naturalists from the area.
There are seven self-catering cabins, constructed from wood and thatched roofs, with double accommodation and a private bathroom with hot water shower. Additionally, there are three superior rooms located in the tower, offering exceptional views of the forest canopy! Facilities at Cuyabeno Lodge also include a restaurant, a reading and information room and a bar. The restaurant serves international and national specialties. If customers have special requirements due to dietary preferences or needs, your requests can be accommodated at no additional cost.
During your trip you will have the chance to experience: canoeing in the Laguna Grande in motorized boats and/or dugout canoes. Enjoy spectacular sunsets, medicinal plants and indigenous history. Visit the community of Siona and discover its culture. Night canoe trips to observe nocturnal wildlife. Etc.
