YARINA ECO LODGE

The “Yarina Reserve” is strategically located in an area of tropical rainforest where biodiversity is one of the most important in the world. In this lower region of the Napo River there are more species of animals, birds, reptiles, insects and plants per hectare than in any other area of the river and its surroundings.

The “Yarina Reserve” is a founding member of the “YUTURI” Conservation Group, an organization dedicated to the protection and conservation of the Ecuadorian Amazon rainforest and its fauna and flora. The “Yarina Reserve” was born as an ecological program aimed at teaching the importance of respecting the conservation of the Amazon rainforest and its local indigenous populations. Over the years, the company has grown and adopted new working methods in order to best develop its relationships with the local population, national and international tourists. Thus, today, the “Yarina Reserve” is considered one of the best wildlife rescue centers in the Ecuadorian Amazon.
